Job Description
Plan, create, and implement conversion-driving and engaging external marketing campaigns for Evolution, with a specific focus on recruitment. These campaigns will target the Spanish and Portuguese markets and additional European markets. The objective is to attract and engage potential candidates for various positions within our company, particularly for our Studio in Madrid.
The marketing activities will encompass various strategies, including digital campaigns on social media platforms, ambassador programs, influencer collaborations, and other initiatives that effectively promote Evolution as an employer of choice.
Boost the overall attractiveness of our employer brand to our target audience.
Continuously analyze and evaluate marketing activities to ensure return on investment (ROI) and optimize efforts.
Collaborate with the EBC team in Malta, Belgium, and Spain to develop joint initiatives that align with EBC strategies.
Create and manage a captivating social media calendar. Develop content (captions, images, videos/reels, and other creatives) to enhance our employer brand and attract potential candidates.
Lead internal communications for Spain, working closely with local teams. Prepare general communication materials and support local management with their internal communications, ensuring alignment with our corporate culture and values.
Develop and oversee an engaging internal events calendar. Execute internal events, utilizing in-house resources or external suppliers, to foster engagement and camaraderie among employees.
Conduct presentations, including internal trainings and inspirational/informational talks, covering brand-related topics, corporate values, and communication skills for Evolution employees.
Manage external contractors, such as agencies and photographers, as part of our marketing efforts.
Support and contribute to global EBC projects for Evolution.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related fields.
3+ years of experience in the aforementioned roles or independent projects in brand management, PR, communications, or marketing/events management.
Proven track record of executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating paid and earned media.
Strong understanding of campaign planning, execution, and evaluation, including digital marketing, social media campaigns, and basic knowledge of SEM/SEO best practices.
Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in utilizing internal administration tools, including project and vendor management systems.
Understanding the value of teamwork, with excellent stakeholder management skills, and the confidence to work independently when required.
The following experiences will be considered advantageous:
Familiarity with the European mediascape and a well-established network of media/influencer contacts in one or more markets.
Experience in sales-driven marketing and branding campaigns targeting Generation Z.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite or similar software for digital photo editing, social media platforms (mobile apps, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms), SEO, Google Analytics, photography, and styling software.
Strong writing skills, capable of identifying and conveying the most relevant message to the target audience.
Knowledge of additional languages beyond Spanish and English.
