Job Description
For our upcoming launch of a large broadcasting studio in Madrid, we are looking to reinforce our global unit for Employer Branding and Communications with a driven marketer to lead the efforts on the ground and boost our attractiveness for candidates. The broadcasting studio will be a multinational melting pot from where we will broadcast in multiple languages.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan, create and lead the implementation of external marketing activities for Evolution, focused on attracting candidates (mainly entry-level positions for our Broadcasting Studio) primarily from markets in Europe and South America to join our team and relocate to Spain.
Activities should support the immediate need for applications as well as boost the overall attractiveness of our employer brand with the target audience.
Plan should span, but not be limited to, recruitment campaigns across print/OOH/digital, CSR activities as well as general brand management and PR efforts. Particular focus is to be focused on: digital/social media strategy and activities; constant optimisation of channel-mix; and content setup.
Plan needs to be aligned with local management and the Employer Branding and Communications Manager for Malta, Belgium & Spain.
Create content for social media - to drive conversion of target audience into potential employees through use of responsive and captivating social media content. Create and manage the social media calendar.
Lead the work on internal communications for Spain in close alignment with the local teams - draft general material and support local management in their internal communications as required, ensuring alignment with the corporate culture and values. Foster a hands-on support approach in the organisation of internal events for the local teams as required.
Continuously analyse and evaluate the communications activities to assure ROI and optimisation of efforts.
Part-take in communication efforts during a crisis - internally and externally - with the focus on the company reputation and image, as well as the communication framework for a listed company, in close liaison with local management and the Employer Branding and Communications global team.
Support and contribute to global employer branding projects for Evolution in collaboration with the rest of the Employer Branding and Communications team.
Create and hold presentations (internal trainings, inspirational/information talks) relating primarily to the brand, corporate values, and communications skills for Evolution employees.
Manage any external contractors, such as agencies, photographers etc. as part of marketing efforts.
Qualifications
We need you to be:
Someone who thrives in a fast a fast-moving environment, with a keen eye for creating engagement with talents across multiple markets, possibly being candidates who are just about to start their first job. The ideal person would be a social media native with:
Higher education (Bachelor's Degree or higher).
1-2 years of experience from independently working on projects within brand management/PR/communications/marketing or similar.
Proven experience from working on multi-channel marketing campaigns which combine paid/ earned media - experience from campaign planning, execution and evaluation including digital marketing, social media campaigns, as well as basic understanding of SEM/SEO best practices as part of a marketing effort.
Fluent English and Spanish language skills (verbal and written).
Proven analytical, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
Experience in using internal administration tools, including project and vendor management systems.
An understanding of the importance of teamwork with strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence and ability to work independently whenever needed.
We also consider the below work experience as an advantage:
Experience from working with the European mediascape - established network of media/influencer contacts in one or more markets.
Experience from sales-driven marketing and branding efforts targeting Generation Z.
Familiarity with Adobe Suite or other software for digital photo editing, social media (mobile apps, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Youtube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms), SEO, Google Analytics, photography, and styling software.
Being a skilled writer with strong ability to identify and convey the most relevant message for designated target group.
Knowledge of additional languages to Spanish and English.
