You assume what someone can do.

How nice, we do that too! That is why we support people from Positive Health with eHealth applications. We now do this for about 4000 clients from all kinds of different home care organizations throughout the Netherlands. Since we are growing strongly, we are looking for a colleague who can support with remote guidance with medication.

Clients who can take their own medication, but benefit from someone who can watch over them. Usually a close person helps, but not everyone has someone so close. For those people, were watching.

With one client you watch with insulin syringes, with the other you help remember the pills. You give instructions to the next client on how to use the drop glasses properly, and you help another to take the puffs. And all this remotely, via telephone or video calls. What you cant do yet, well teach you!

To perform image guidance, you need the following properties:

· You have a care background or at least an affinity with care.

· You can quickly switch between following a plan and immediately sounding the alarm if
something goes wrong.

· That also means that you can deal with this kind of stress (and time pressure), and that you are firmly in your shoes.

· You are able to steer a conversation and focus on the guidance plan.

· You show empathy and are client-oriented.

· You honor agreements

· You are willing to work changing shifts, including weekends between 7 am and 9 pm.

· You dont work alone, but you do work independently.

What are you going to do?

· You guide the planned clients according to the guidance plan

· You process important information from the conversation in the clients file

· You identify details in the health and well-being of the client, and forward these signals to the right people.

· You can solve minor technical problems together with the client over the telephone.

· You coordinate your work and schedule with your colleagues.

About the team
You work together with a group of coaches, who all have their own tasks. You will receive visual guidance as an area of focus. Together we have a good sense of humor and have time for each other.

Full training is provided, and you will always be fully supported in your role.

Schedule:
You work in shifts. 3 morning shifts, 3 afternoon shifts and then 3 days off. So your working days change every week.

Types of additional compensation: overtime paid, holiday pay.

Employment: part-time, 21 hours with an option to increase.

Work location: from our office in Torremolinos, Malaga

Salary to be confirmed on application but at a competitive rate.
