What you will be doing...

At Jet2.com and Jet2holidays we are all Customer Helpers responsible for creating memories and ensuring our customers receive a VIP service.

We now have some great opportunities for Dispatchers to join our Overseas Ground Operations Team in Tenerife.

Reporting to the Station Controller, the Dispatcher is responsible for:

The dispatch of all aircraft in compliance with Company and legal requirements, effective communication with all teams & crews involved with the aircraft departure, ensuring the effective coordination of all dispatch and load control operations, being the ambassador for our safety-first culture, ensuring you drive the culture through every aspect of your work. Supporting the business to deliver our on-time performance targets and VIP service to our customers

What were looking for?

A friendly and bubbly personality, you will have a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding customer service experience and be driven to go above and beyond for our customers. Successful Dispatchers will have a high degree of personal effectiveness in managing your own workload and confidently take responsibility for decision making also having excellent communication skills and be fluent in English and Spanish. Youll have a flexible approach and have a “Happy to Help” attitude at all times. On any given day, youll be supportive and always looking to help our customers and your team. You must be flexible to work with rotational shifts and previous turnaround supervisory experience would be ideal, although this is not essential. You must also possess a type B Driving License.
