The Digital Transformation Tech Lead (SAP SD/MM) will be a highly experienced and skilled Senior In-House SAP SD/MM Consultant with specialized expertise in end-to-end supply chain management. As a senior member of our team you will be responsible for leading and driving the implementation of S4 HANA as well as supporting supply chain digital transformation initiatives within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
S4 HANA Implementation Utilize your extensive experience and knowledge of S4 HANA to lead the implementation process ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration across all supply chain functions.
Supply Chain Digital Transformation Drive our organizations digital transformation efforts by identifying opportunities for improvement designing and implementing innovative solutions and optimizing processes across the entire supply chain.
Consultation and Collaboration Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders providing expert guidance on best practices within supply chain management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive operational efficiencies.
Data Analysis Utilize analytics tools to conduct data analysis generate insights and identify trends within the supply chain processes. Use these insights to make informed decisions that enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Change Management Lead change management initiatives by effectively communicating the benefits of digital transformation to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Develop training materials and provide hands-on support during implementation phases.
Continuous Improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices related to supply chain management. Proactively identify areas for improvement within our supply chain processes and implement enhancements accordingly.

The Digital Transformation Tech Lead (SAP SD/MM) should have the following

Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Technology Engineering Supply Chain Management or a related field (Masters degree preferred)

- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading S4 HANA implementation projects

- Proven track record in driving end-to-end supply chain digital transformation initiatives

- Extensive experience in all supply chain SD/MM and relevant SAP Modules

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

- Solid understanding of supply chain processes industry trends and best practices
