We at Bayer Consumer Health Digital Transformation and IT (DT&IT) organization are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and agile Digital Lead - Supply Chain Planning to pick up a leading role in the transformation of the Consumer Health (CH) division in the area of SCM supporting our ambition to become the Best Consumer Health Company. You will be responsible to lead digital programs in the Consumer Health Supply Chain contributing to the continuous build and implementation of the Digital Roadmap of the Global Bayer CH division. Furthermore, you will partner with the Supply Chain function providing digital capabilities that generates service, cash, cost improvements as well as building resilience. With your acquired understanding of the business needs, you will translate them into requirements for data driven applications and be accountable for its implementation with internal DT&IT teams as well as external solution and service implementation partners.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Role reports to Head of Digital Leads SCM and is responsible to lead the Digital Transformation in the Supply Chain Mgmt. area
Strategy: You develop the digital product specific vision and strategy as an integral part of the functional Supply Chain strategy
Program management: You are accountable for the delivery of the projects within roadmap on budget and on time. You facilitate collaboration within the digital product teams executing the development and launch of the digital products.
Portfolio Innovation: You lead in continuous discovery activities evolving the digital product vision to meet changing business needs, leveraging new technologies that will enhance the digital product and deliver better business outcomes e.g. solutions making use of AI/ML
Stakeholder management: You work closely with a number of stakeholder groups and effectively communicates the digital product vision and roadmap. You manage expectations though transparent delivery
Digital Culture: You partner with the business spearheading the digital community in order to drive digital initiatives and mindset in the organization
Financial control: You manage the program budget, project resource estimates, manage statement of work for suppliers, control invoicing
Qualifications & Competencies
University degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
You have long term experience as Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d), Digital Lead (m/f/d), Product Manager (m/f/d) or similar role
You have previous experience in the digitalization of supply chain processes and/or experience in supply chain environment with a strong passion for digitalization
You have experience in working in complex cross functional global teams in a hybrid working environment
SAP Ariba Experience, SAP S/4, OMP, Kinetic, O9, Blue Yonder would be a plus
You have the ability to define, effectively communicate and measure the business value of proposals and deliverables
You possess a Growth Mindset with proven ability to learn quickly new applications, processes and procedures
You have strong problem solving and decision-making skills as well as strong communication, influence and negotiation skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
