Description -

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure Services Supply Chain excellent support and service delivery for Device Life extension (DLE) & Device as a Service (Daas) segment.
Lead transformation project and build new operational process to increase DLE & DaaS deals efficiency in Service’s Supply Chain.
Outsourced Service and Support Partner Operational performance management (e2e Service level, warehouse and repair lines SL, e2e critical backlog, etc.).
Ensuring on-time shipments to customers out of Outsourced Service and Support Partner.
Logistics operations & management performance (Inbound and outbound).
Ensure Reporting & follow up (Reporting, logistic partner etc.) as well as operational and executive reviews with RPB/DaaS and Supply Chain Management.
Execution of unit priority management.
Lead operation and process improvements e2e to enable further growth.
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
E2E regional operational performance management (Outsourced Service and Support Partner).
KPI & performance monitoring (daily, weekly, monthly) as part of the Business Management System (BMS).
Corrective action planning and follow-up.
Daily performance & efficiency queries/decisions.
Exception case management.
Monthly Business Review & Quarterly Business Review participation preparation and support.

EMEA Services Supply Chain Transformation.

Outsourced Service and Support Partner: SMS & Flex.
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
Materials/engineering/logistics degree or equivalent experience.
Typically, 3+ years of experience in a supply chain function (or related fields).
Typically, 0-2 years of direct or indirect people management experience.
Other requirements:

Strong understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
Very strong analytical and data modeling skills.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams; recognized as Subject Matter Expert.
Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
Great Understanding of HPs overall supply chain strategy.
Great understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Available to Promise (ATP) and master scheduling.
Great knowledge of inventory analysis.
Developed leadership skills including team-building and conflict resolution and management.
