What does Allianz need from you?

Strong academic background in mathematics, statistics, IT engineering or similar;

Fluency in English and Spanish;

Experience working with applied AI/ML applications;

Strong programming experience, manipulating and analyzing data;

Ability to understand business needs and turn them into meaningful data products;

Self-starter with a drive and curious mindset;

Willingness to step outside their comfort zone to broaden skills and learn new technologies;

High level of collaboration and open to sharing knowledge and feedback

Bonus skills include:
Experience with CI/CD automation and tools like Github Actions;
Experience with Luigi/Airflow/LightGBM;
Experience with Insurance and SAS language;
Exposure to Agile workplace.
