Data Center Technician III en Zaragoza

Funciones: - You will interact with stakeholder in Spain and across EMEA, so both Spanish and English language is essential
- Working to meet SLA's against assigned trouble tickets via a directed workflow.
- Being first line touch point for hardware troubleshooting and technical issues.
- Performing regular server hardware repairs(drives, motherboards etc) .
- Carrying out routine network, server hardware and OS related repairs.
- Working with cross- functional teams on a regular basis to complete routine work.
- Adhering to security and safety best practices in the data center.
- Performing server upgrades, rebuilds, scheduled works as required. Requisitos: A successful Data Center Technician III should have:
- High school or equivalent diploma Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair Experience in networking.
- Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts

Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networks
- Earn trust, Ownership, Bias for action, Learn and be curious
