Funciones: At Manpower, we are recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator for an international company that manages maintenance services for retail stores across Europe.
• Support Danish or Norwegian customers by phone, email and chat.
• Register and manage maintenance requests through a ticketing platform.
• Coordinate technicians and external service providers.
• Follow up on incidents until they are fully resolved.
• Manage maintenance requests for a portfolio of retail stores.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Prioritise urgent requests and keep customers informed. Requisitos: • Native or C1 level of Danish or Norwegian.
• Good level of English or Spanish for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, coordination, back office or incident management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Confidence managing several requests and priorities simultaneously.
• Availability to work 100% on- site in Vilassar de Mar.
• Availability to participate in rotating on- call duties.
Previous experience in facilities management or maintenance services is valued but not essential.
