Customer Support Representative (Dutch)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard a Dutch/Flemish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their teams in Madrid and to support customers of a project related to luxurious cars.

Position: Customer Support Advisor

Location: Madrid, Spain (on-site)

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a luxurious car company through various channels (phone, email and chat)
Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience
REQUIREMENTS:
C2 level of Dutch and B2 English, both oral and written
Passionate about customers and customer service
Problem-solving skills
Stable internet connection
Upbeat and positive attitude
Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity

Shifts on weekly rotation with colleagues, covering line opening hours Monday – Friday between 8 AM to 8 PM
