Customer Success Specialist (German Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact working as Customer Success Specialist will be:
- Being the voice of the client and actively contributing to the development of the company
- Communicating with customers and partners by telephone and e-mail
- Identifying, analyzing and solving customer problems
- Making proactive recommendations on product improvements
- Collecting information from the account management team when necessary
- Creating content for the car park and ensuring its rapid release
- Undertaking side projects according to your skills and interests
- You are native in German and have professional proficiency in another European language
- You have a first successful experience in a customer oriented position (customer success department, call center...), sales or account management
- You have a University degree
- You have good analytical skills
- You are a great communicator both in writing and orally
- An attractive salary
