Customer Success Manager, Southern Europe, Mid-Touch (d/f/m)

The Role

This role can be filled in one of our office locations in Madrid.

At Personio, Customer Experience is more than one specific role. It is rather an integral part of our company culture and defines how our customer-facing teams work. Customer Experience follows the mission to maximize customer value in our everyday business. As part of the Southern Europe and Emerging Markets Team, you enable our customers to maximize their product experience by driving product adoption and growth opportunities at scale.

Manage a portfolio of 50+ customers in the Mid Market.

Build and nurture strong relationships with your customers, acting as their trusted partner throughout their customer life-cycle journey at Personio.

Prioritize based on customer focus to ensure that no customer is overlooked or underserved.

Leverage data to effectively drive the successful adoption and retention of your customers.

Identify upsell opportunities and develop actionable plans for expansion in close collaboration with the Growth Manager.

Act as the voice of the customer and help translate their needs into product requirements.

As one of the first International CSMs in this region and segment, you contribute to the Mid Market Customer Success strategy.

Challenge the status quo and seek opportunities for innovation within the Customer Success processes and structures.

What you need to succeed

±3 years of client-facing experience in managing a large customer portfolio, ideally at a SaaS company.

Strong prioritization and execution capabilities, driven by customer needs, business impact, and expansion potential.

The ability to identify upsell opportunities and develop actionable plans to drive expansion.

An analytical mindset in combination with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

A deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.

The ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives, and track successful delivery.

The ability to excel in a dynamic environment, quickly adapt to challenges and keep a positive attitude.

Fluency in Spanish and English is a must. Professional proficiency in Italian or French would be ideal.
