Position: German Customer Service Representative
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Address any customer inquiries or complaints related to our clients products or services
Record call details in the call management system and ensure responses and resolutions are delivered within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Sustain a strong knowledge base and expertise in applications tailored to individual customers
Escalate potential service issues when necessary
Adhere to all project processes and procedures
Offer backup support for other agents, whether within the same team or across teams, in their absence
Ensure compliance with contractual SLA standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or proficient in German & fluent in English
Computer literate with familiarity of MS Office applications
Willingness to work in a customer service setting
Strong customer care skills, including active listening and understanding customer needs
Capability to take ownership of and manage calls to resolution or escalate them when necessary.
