Customer Service for IT Company (Dutch & French Bilingual Speaker)

Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service Agent will be:
Handling inbound calls and emails regarding the software programs
Understand queries and/or problems of the client and pass on to the right department
Assign clients to right queue and handle ticketing
Administration tasks
Managing office supplies
Maintain Inventory
Requirements

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
You speak French, Dutch & English fluently
You have high interest in IT & Software
You are a team player with strong listening skills
You have a high interest in IT & Softwared have the necessary documents (NIE/SSN)
