Customer service agent - Finnish - General Mills - Part-Time

We have an exciting opportunity to represent a vast portfolio of well-known brands with one of the biggest food Companies worldwide, holding together brands such as Häagen-Dazs, Betty Crocker, Green Giant, Yoplait, and Old El Paso.

The role will require you to develop a sound understanding of the product and services and to embrace company values as your own.

You will respond to consumers questions and complaints regarding various products and resolve them in a skilful, professional, and empathetic manner while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What will you be doing❓
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies take the extra mile to engage with the customers
Requirements

What are we looking for?
A fluent level of Finnish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills in spoken and written
A good level of English
Customer support experience
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Computer literacy/Microsoft word/Excel
Have strong teamwork and ethics
Administrative skills with a strong eye for detail
Excellent listening, empathy and questioning skills

What do we offer? ?
Permanent contract, 20 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00h - 14:00h
Salary of 8.717€ gross per year
Office/WFH (anywhere in Spain)
Two weeks of fully paid training.
