Customer Master Data Delivery Manager
Role Summary
The Customer Master Data Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, governance, and adoption of the Customer Master Data solution. The role ensures alignment between business, IT, and data governance teams, translating strategic priorities into an executable roadmap and delivering scalable, high-quality customer data capabilities across countries and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Own and track end-to-end delivery, including scope, plan, risks, issues, and dependencies
Lead Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, sprint orchestration, and L3 ticket management
Coordinate requirements, development, testing, cutover, hypercare, and KT to support teams
Drive stakeholder alignment across business, IT, governance, GBS, and country teams
Ensure compliance with data governance, data quality, and operating standards
Manage upstream/downstream integrations and dependencies
Support change management, communication, documentation, and training
Required Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in Customer Master Data (HCO/HCP), MDM, Customer 360, and Golden Record concepts
Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica IDMC / C360 or equivalent)
Proven experience delivering complex, multi-country programs
Strong knowledge of Agile / SAFe delivery models
Experience with data governance, data quality, and compliance
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
Experience with SAP, CRM systems, and enterprise integrations
