What You Will Do
As a Culinary Intern, you will be at the heart of our gastronomic excellence. Your journey will include:
Station Rotation: Gain hands-on experience across various sections, including cold kitchen (garde manger), pastry, grill, and specialized themed restaurants.
Mise en Place: Master the art of preparation and organization to ensure seamless service in a high-volume, 5-star setting.
Gourmet Execution: Assist in the creation of sophisticated dishes, focusing on plating techniques and flavor profiles that meet AMResorts' global standards.
Food Safety: Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) within the kitchen.
Innovation: Participate in menu briefings and learn about local Canarian ingredients and sustainable sourcing. Requisitos: Education: Currently enrolled in a Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or Hospitality Management program.
Passion: A genuine love for food, a "can-do" attitude, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Language: Intermediate level of English or Spanish (both is a plus!).
Adaptability: Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Permits: Eligibility for an internship agreement (convenio de practicas) through your university.
