About the role
As a CRM Operations Specialist at albelli-Photobox Group, you will play a crucial role in driving repeat purchases and customer lifetime value for our 7 million customers across Europe. As one of the six executives in the CRM operations team, reporting to the Operations Lead, you will be responsible for executing and reporting on engaging and inspiring email campaigns for two of our Northern European brands. Collaborating closely with peers in the CRM team, CRM Tech team, and commercial teams, you will contribute to the growth and success of our CRM operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Execute the end-to-end set-up of email campaigns, including email and target build, scheduling, and deployment, for the Fotoknudsen and Önskefoto brands.
Monitor and provide reports on campaign and channel performance to identify opportunities for enhancing customer lifetime value and driving revenue growth.
Own quarterly forecasting and in-quarter revisions for the email channel, ensuring accurate planning and adjustments.
Protect and grow the mailable base, maximizing the reach and impact of our email communications.
Collaborate closely with the CRM Tech team to optimize daily operations and processes that impact both teams.
Develop a test and learn strategy in collaboration with the CRM Operations Lead and CRM Planning team, aiming to continuously optimize the effectiveness of our communications and expand the mailable base.
Bring a commercial mindset, creativity, and innovative knowledge of email marketing best practices to enhance the impact and performance of our campaigns.
Impact and Contributions:
Drive customer engagement and foster loyalty by executing impactful email campaigns that inspire repeat purchases.
Monitor and analyze campaign and channel performance, identifying opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value and revenue growth.
Ensure accurate quarterly forecasting and in-quarter revisions, enabling effective planning and resource allocation for the email channel.
Safeguard and expand the mailable base, maximizing the reach and impact of our targeted email communications.
Collaborate closely with the CRM Tech team, contributing to the optimization of daily operations and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop a test and learn strategy to continuously improve the effectiveness of our email communications and expand the mailable base.
Bring a commercial mindset, creativity, and expertise in email marketing best practices to enhance campaign performance and drive innovation.
Experience and Attributes wed like to see:
Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
2+ years of experience working in CRM within an e-commerce environment.
Strong analytical skills with a keen affinity for customer data analysis.
Previous experience designing and operationalizing impactful email campaigns using an Email Service Provider (ESP).
Solid knowledge of email and mobile creative requirements, current marketing trends, and best practices.
Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to experiment without fear of failure.
Strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Enthusiastic team player with a "lets go for it!" mentality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to Have Experience:
Knowledge of the Dutch, German, French, or Spanish language would be advantageous.
Affinity and interest in technical projects is a plus.
