Funciones: CRM Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with Channel Marketing Director and regional marketing teams to define and deliver a CRM strategy aligned to customer retention, engagement, and commercial goals.
Partner with the Global CRM Product Team to develop, map, and optimise client and candidate lifecycle journeys and rollout of global products.
Lead audience analysis and segmentation initiatives to ensure effective targeting and personalisation across CRM programmes.
Performance, Reporting & Optimisation
Establish and manage a regular reporting cadence, leveraging lead and lag KPIs to measure programme impact and recommend strategic improvements.
Analyse CRM campaign performance, identifying opportunities to enhance conversion, engagement, and ROI across Page Executive and Enterprise Solutions CRM program
Conduct ongoing A/B testing to optimise conversion rates, deliverability, and overall CRM performance.
CRM Execution & Campaign Management
Create and deploy B2B and B2C CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, supporting regional marketing teams with effective lead generation, activation, and revenue
driving activities.
Manage email marketing operations, including HTML builds, scheduling, automation setup, and triggered journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Collaborate with regional CRM teams for delivery of key campaigns targeting the core audience
Develop and maintain email templates aligned with brand guidelines and CRM best practices.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Manage end
to
end campaign execution, collaborating closely with Creative Services, Content, Digital, and local Marketing Managers to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
Act as an internal champion for CRM excellence
educating the organisation on emerging trends, evolving best practices, and platform capabilities within email and marketing automation. Requisitos: 4+ years of experience in email marketing and/or CRM campaign implementation and management.
Superior project management skills and strategic thinking
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other email tools, with hands
on experience in building and optimising journeys.
Working experience with Jira or other project management tools
Working experience with Tableau, Power BI or other reporting tools
Strong analytical skills and ability to produce reports and provide strategic recommendations motivated by data
Experience working with segmentation and email marketing platforms
Knowledge of data privacy/GDPR
High level of motivation and initiative, the ability to motivate the team and to anticipate company's needs
Experience working in an international multi
brand company with multiple stakeholders is advantageous.
