About the role
The role of a Business-to-Business (B2B) CRM Manager is of utmost importance in the management of client connections, the optimization of CRM systems, and harnessing data to propel growth, foster client contentment, and maintain customer loyalty in the B2B market sector. This position involves close collaboration with various departments, including Fever for Business, Affiliates, Ambassadors, and B2B Partners.
Your primary responsibility is to supervise and enhance the Customer Relationship Management strategy and procedures specific to the business-to-business (B2B) segment of the company, together with the CRM Lead.
Development of CRM Strategy: Collaborate with B2B teams to create and execute a comprehensive B2B CRM strategy aligned with the companys broader business goals. This includes setting objectives, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and establishing protocols for monitoring and assessing CRM performance.
Management of Customer Data: Oversee the gathering, organization, and examination of customer data within the CRM system. Guarantee data accuracy and completeness to facilitate effective segmentation, targeting, and personalized interactions with B2B clients.
Mapping the Customer Journey: Create and assess B2B customer journey maps to identify pain points, areas for enhancement, and opportunities to boost client satisfaction and loyalty.
Analysis of Performance and Reporting: Routinely scrutinize CRM metrics and performance data to assess the efficacy of B2B CRM initiatives. Prepare reports and presentations to convey insights and suggest actionable enhancements, backed by our analytical database in our Datalake.
About you
You have at least 4 years of experience working in Digital Marketing and CRM, mobile and web environments.
You have experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
You have experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc).
Proficient in HTML.
Good copywriting skills.
You are able to develop & optimise CRM flows to drive revenue.
You know how to leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data in order to deliver relevant marketing insights.
You are commercially savvy, analytical, and data-driven.
You have experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates.
You are an organized, responsible and proactive person.
You have the ability to optimize, prioritize and organize your time to carry out a high pace of work.
You are able to communicate in English fluently.
You know how to potentiate the teamwork and keep everyone in the team motivated.
