Funciones: About the Opportunity:
An international food business is looking for a commercially driven Country Sales Manager to lead its expansion across the Spanish market. This is a strategic role focused on developing new business, managing key accounts and driving sustainable growth within the Foodservice and Retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Spain.
· Identify and win new business opportunities across Foodservice and Retail channels.
· Build and strengthen relationships with key customers nationwide.
· Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and product delivery.
· Provide regular sales forecasts and business updates to senior management. Requisitos: What We're Looking For:
· 5–10+ years of sales experience within the food industry.
· Strong background in Foodservice, Wholesale, Frozen Food or Grocery Retail.
· Proven success in opening new accounts and generating new business.
· Established network within the Spanish food market.
· Fluent Spanish and English.
· Willingness to travel extensively across Spain.
Ideal Profile:
· Experience selling frozen food products, poultry or related categories.
· Strong understanding of food distribution and wholesale channels.
· Commercially driven with excellent negotiation skills.
· Autonomous and comfortable working in a remote environment.
· Capable of combining business development with account management.
