Job Description
Monitor and process compliance obligations for ZA & Asian markets.
Communicate regularly with various regulatory authorities for confirming of regulatory and technical standards to ensure that company meets regulations as per jurisdiction standards.
Maintain knowledge and assist in the analysis of e-gaming regulatory compliance standards within ZA & Asian markets.
Develop new market entry project plan and track the progress; prepare and maintain status reports and schedules, track milestones and dependencies, ensuring that all work is delivered on time
Communicate efficiently and maintain/develop strong relationships with e-gaming regulators, accredited test facilities, internal departments, external customers, and other stakeholders in regulatory landscape.
Qualifications
At least 3-5 years in a compliance related role in the gaming industry with knowledge of live casino environments and gambling products
Strong interpersonal skills, efficient networker, and collaborative team player
Experience of coordinating audits
Experience in communicating with people at all levels as an expert as well as excellence in stakeholder management with a high level of integrity
Experience in project management; develop project plans, track progress, prepare reports and manage expectations
Commercial mindset and business acumen
Adaptable and agile, can work in a fast-paced environment and respond and re-prioritize quickly when internal or external changes demand
Possess analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Secondary education or professional experience relevant to the job
Good level of computer skills and experience in spreadsheets
