MISSION
You will help us develop and maintain a positive public image for ERIKALUST, spread our mission, and gain new audiences through our social media channels.

You will be working alongside the SoMe Manager, helping to position, develop, and amplify ErikaLust´s global reputation as a leader in transforming the adult film industry toward a positive impact.

You will be an advocate for ethical production and consumption of adult cinema, defending the importance of diversity and inclusive perspectives on sexuality and pleasure.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Creating content plans based on the strategy for our brands social networks: Erika Lust, XConfessions, and Lust Cinema.
- Creative copywriting (adapting to each target and platform.)
- SoMe content posting and scheduling.
- Editing videos to generate engagement on SoMe (intermediate video editing.)
- Community management and monitoring of each platform: comments, DMs, requests, incidents, etc.
- Influencer research and outreach.
- SoMe coverage of events & shootings (flexible schedule is required).
- Active participation in the proposal of new ideas in order to better reach our SoMe goals.
- Support in the design of content pieces for SoMe.
- Analysis and reporting of content plans.

REQUIREMENTS
- Languages: Native English (this is mandatory).
- Degree in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing or similar.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in communications and marketing within company departments or agencies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail.
- Super proactive attitude and creative mindset.
- Sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ friendly, and happy to be part of a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Knowledge of SoMe management tools.
- Knowledge of video and photo editing tools.
- Expert use of office tools: Google Drive, Excel, PowerPoint…

CONSIDERED A PLUS
- Passion for movies and the film industry.
- Knowledge of film industry trends.
- Experience in planning and coordinating events, whether online or offline.
