What you’ll be responsible for as a Commercial Specialist at albelli-Photobox Group

The commercial team focuses on serving our customers and delivering results by managing our product categories end to end and executing our customer experience to ensure that customers have access to the right products at the right price and at the right time.

As a commercial specialist you’ll be responsible for monitoring UK growth and performance metrics and provide highly advanced trading insight, as well as proposing initiatives to boost sales performance. You will be a key member of the albelli-Photobox Group commercial team, and working with a cross-functional team dedicated to the UK market.

Outside of the commercial team you will work closely with teams from across the business to ensure that market plans and initiatives are developed and executed in an integrated way.

The impact you’ll make:
Drive market growth, identify trends, and recommend data-informed actions to manage performance against target.
Provide commercial analysis, making strategic recommendations and highlighting the potential risks in line with sales plans.
Responsible for timely reporting with actionable insights to the market lead, through enriching data with clear commentary.
Maintain strong relationships with the wider central team, seeking new opportunities and making suggestions to improve existing plans.
Provide support for the creation of annual budgets, re-forecasts, and phasing of daily sales.
Contribute to the development and implementation of quarterly OKRs for the market.
Provide support for weekly and monthly performance meetings on market performance drivers.
Play a key role in the campaign planning process. Work with Merchandiser to implement successful campaigns, based on current trading needs. Conduct analysis of campaign performance and derive recommendations to optimise campaigns.
Maintain marketing spend files on a weekly and monthly basis.
Drive ad hoc analysis to provide key insight into market performance and value.
Must Have Experience & Attributes:
Very strong commercial acumen, target driven with a passion for implementing data driven ideas to maximise growth.
Demonstrable ability to digest , analyse performance and link this with the business strategy.
Great communications skills, able to translate data into easy-to-understand insight, and clearly communicate performance to stakeholders.
Strong collaborative working style, able to work independently but also interface successfully with colleagues and teams around the business.
Hands-on approach and can work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working towards key sales targets and keeping deadlines
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to understand and explain complex data
Ability to link financial results and outcomes to commercial trends
Nice to Have Experience:
Experience working in UK market would be beneficial

Hybrid Working
