Clinical trial manager III - Madrid

We are wokring with a leading CRO for biotech firms, providing exceptional clinical trial management services. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking experienced Clinical Trial Managers to join our team. Job Description: As a Clinical Trial Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day project operations in accordance with the contract, ICH/GCP, and applicable laws and regulations. You will act as the primary point of contact for project-related matters, overseeing internal project team members and deliverables with cross-functional oversight.

You will plan and control operational projects, analyze and manage risks, oversee study vendors, and monitor site quality. Additionally, you will review study protocols, change check specifications, data analysis plans, and final study reports as required.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in health or life sciences (an advanced degree is preferred).
Phase 1-4 experience, with phase 2-3 experience desired.
At least two years of expertise in managing clinical trials (CRO experience is desirable).
Strong leadership abilities, an understanding of bid defense, and overall project schedule management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Remote flexibility is available for those with the necessary experience.
