For one of Planet Pharma’s global clients we urgently seek several CTMs to join on a permanent basis. These positions will offer homebased flexibility for experienced candidates and a clear and achievable plan for progression and development within the business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide accountability for day-to-day operations of the project.
• Serve as primary Sponsor contact for operational project-specific issues and study deliverables.
• Maintain in depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication.
• Provide cross-functional oversight of internal project team members and deliverables, which includes ensuring all necessary project-specific training is provided. Develop operational project plans.
• Responsible for management of study vendor.
• Manage site quality, including direct supervision of project Clinical Research Associates and monitoring deliverables.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience across all phases. Phases 2-3 will be particularly beneficial.
• Must have strong experience as a project/clinical trial manager within a CRO environment.
• Experience of managing the overall project timeline
• Bid defense experience will be very beneficial.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
