Straumann is the market leader in dental implants, and is developing a strong Orthodontic business, leveraging our recognized global footprint and the acquisition of ClearCorrect. We are looking for talents to build our new Orthodontics business across Western Europe. In this endeavor, the Clinical Advisor Iberia will be a critical role to oversee clinical activities for ClearCorrect providers within Iberia Cluster, to develop and train a team of Clinical Advisors in each country, whom provide clinical support to our ClearCorrect providers. The role will also drive our internal training effort to develop our orthodontic acumen, support relationship with KOLs, speakers and ambassadors, as well as support our product development by translating customers’ clinical needs for future product development.
In this role, you will…
Drive best possible outcome
Ensure the clinical advisors have the adequate clinical and business continuous training to support and develop our ClearCorrect providers, as part of our overall customer growth plans.
Work cross-functionally with the Heads of Ortho in the region to ensure the clinical advisors are addressing the local needs of each country
In close relationship with the Orthodontic Business Unit, develop and roll out Clinical Protocols and preferences to best support providers in delivering clinical outcome.
In close collaboration with the T&E team (Training and Education), support the commercial organization in identifying and developing local mentors, speakers to with a focus on the proper use of ClearCorrect system and the benefits to be communicated to customers.
Act as the 2nd-level consultant to providers who need assistance on difficult cases, to ensure excellent customer experience and optimal clinical outcome for ClearCorrect users.
Gather feedback from providers and generate reports to regional and BU teams to identify best practices, product improvement areas and other insights.
Provide clinical training and education to key providers via online presentation, onsite workshop and any other means necessary.
Engage providers and support KOL relationship development.
Take the lead in clinical advice and Treatment Planning Solutions (TPS) in the region, supervising the local clinical advisors and TPS partners, streamlining organization, setting standards, organizing training and follow-up.
Be the go-to-person for ClearCorrect ambassadors and KOL’s, helping the countries to find and develop local ClearCorrect Ambassadors, organizing regional Ambassador calls, training and meetings and support the development of training and presentation material of WE speakers.
Take the lead in the collection of clinical cases for the clinical case gallery.
Collaborate with marketing and sales team to activate ClearCorrect users and most importantly to increase utilization rate.
Train the ortho sales and service team in the region with the established treatment protocols, enable them to support providers with patient selection, treatment planning, orthodontic management and troubleshooting clinical roadblocks.
Co-travel to key customers and KOLs with field sales and marketing team.
Constantly liaise with global BU and country teams to keep abreast of product updates, technology advancement and market change.
Participate to User Acceptant Tests (UAT) and provide input and feedback, taking the lead to have local ClearCorrect providers participating to UAT, follow-up and collect feedback.
Be a part of high-performance team that delivers monthly, quarterly and annual business results and company goals.

Qualification and requirements:
Graduate of Dentistry, Orthodontics knowledge is a plus.
Experience with aligner therapy is required.
5+ years of work experience, of which at least 2 years in a clinical environment.
Experience in training dentists and orthodontists is a plus.
Highly proficient in the following languages: English, and at least ONE out of Spanish, Italian and French.
Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
