Funciones: We are currently seeking an experienced and highly professional Service Staff member to join a luxury private villa in Ibiza for the upcoming season.
This position requires a candidate with a strong background in luxury hospitality, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to provide discreet and personalized service to an international UHNW clientele.
The successful candidate will be part of a small, highly professional team dedicated to delivering an outstanding guest experience in a demanding and refined environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level, personalized service to guests, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience at all times
- Serve food and beverages according to luxury hospitality standards, maintaining impeccable presentation and service etiquette
- Prepare and maintain dining and service areas before, during and after each service
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless and discreet service experience
- Maintain a professional and polished environment throughout the property
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Receive and manage guest requests, ensuring clear communication with relevant departments
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and presentation of all service areas
- Adhere strictly to health, safety and hygiene regulations Requisitos: We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality environments (private villas, luxury hotels, yachts or fine dining restaurants)
- Proven experience working with UHNW or high-profile international clients
- Advanced level of English is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and service etiquette
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-demand environment
- Professional appearance and discreet, service-oriented attitude
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
