CAI Scrum Master

You Will
Preparation, organization, facilitation and moderation of the Scrum ceremonies.
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization, and individually coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at asustainable pace for the team and organization.
Establish and report on agile metrics e.g. burn-down chart.
Responsible for the continuous improvement of agile teams and improvement in the trends of valid metrics with the intention of increasing customer value added, building quality in and increasing team satisfaction.
ducate teams and embrace agile mindset thoroughly by actively practicing the Scrum Values
Improve and support the optimal use of tools and processes across teams.
Positive attitude paired with a good portion of curiosity and a customer-centric service attitude.
Continuous improvement through implementation of various moderation techniques to allow quick and effective meetings leading to new insights and concrete actions.
Act as a servant leader and remove impediments on a team level to ensure the undisturbed focus of the team on the sprint goal.
Work closely with the Agile team and product owner of other Agile teams as well as with other scrum masters, the Agile coaches and project leaders.
Your Skills

a) Qualification, Certification and Experiences (education, passed PE, trainings, certificates, special IT skills, languages etc.)
University degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar qualification.
Minimum 2 years of work experience as Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Agile Delivery Lead role for at least one Scrum team working in the multinational digital software development area.
Strong knowledge in Scrum principles, practices and theory.
Good problem solving skills and well organized. · Strong intercultural skills to be able to work in an international environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including facilitation, coaching and conflict management.
Supporter of servant leadership. · Enthusiast of innovation and continual improvements.
Full proficiency in English; further languages would be a plus.
Scrum Master / Agile Coaching / CSM / PSM / SAFe certification.
Knowledge of Agile methods and practices such as Kanban, Lean, XP, TDD
