Job Description:

As a Business Developer, you will be a vital part of our sales team, responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers in need of our products and closing the deals with them.

Your primary objective will be to initiate conversations, create opportunities, negotiate and close deals contributing to revenue growth.



 Analyze market trends and data to identify new opportunities. Research and identify potential leads and decision-makers within target organizations.

 Articulate the value proposition of our products and services clearly and persuasively to prospects.

 Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the companys market share.

 Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success.

 Lead the complete sales cycle, from identification of new leads, and negotiation to closing of deals

 Should be able to travel within Europe as per need basis just to visit customers/consumers for showcasing our products, etc.



 3-6 years of experience in sales as a Business Developer or similar roles.

 Experience in the textile and/or plastics manufacturing sector.

 Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

 Strong persuasion and communication skills with a focus on achieving sales goals.

 Self-driven and highly motivated to achieve targets.

 Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

 Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

 Willingness to learn about our product offerings and convey their value effectively.
