BIM Manager - On-site - Sweden

As a BIM Manager, you will have the overall responsibility to drive the implementation of the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology for all facilities and infrastructure projects in the R&D Campus in Västerås. You will oversee the production of project information models that contain 3D visualizations that bring together data, drawings and schedules associated with the design and construction phases of our projects.

If you were already in this BIM Manager role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:
Organising and conducting project BIM kick-off meetings
Supporting project start-up coordination, helping teams develop strategies for effective delivery of quality documentation
Working closely with BIM coordinators, who are responsible for the production of project information models
Assisting project teams, ensuring that projects run smoothly and project information models are delivered on time
Auditing the implementation of the BIM methodology in projects and helping with the resolution of problems by defining the project priorities
To apply for this BIM Manager role, you will need a degree in a relevant engineering field such as BIM, construction or architecture. You will also require the following:
Experience working experience in relevant BIM roles
Great experience in CDEs (common data environments) and model management
Experience in the Autodesk ecosystem, i.e AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, etc
Fluent English communication skills
Experience from industrial design projects/environments
EU citizenship/Swedish permanent residency (essential, candidates who do not meet this will be excluded from the process)
