Funciones: The role includes:
Process customer invoices and ensure their accuracy in compliance with company guidelines.
Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
Maintain up
to
date records of customer accounts and transactions.
Prepare and distribute regular financial and billing reports to management.
Assist in month
end closing processes related to billing activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments in a professional manner.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in the billing cycle. Requisitos: A successful Billing Specialist should have:
At least 2 years of admin experience.
Advanced English level.
Good planning and organisation skills.
Good communication skills and able to work independently and as a part of a team.
Effective problem solver and able to proactively anticipate and react to problems.
