Billing & Compliance Specialist (French Speaker) - 5 months Contract

Your responsibilities and impact as Billing & Compliance Specialist will be:

• Creating, reviewing and administrating invoices of clients
• Working together with the front office team in order to lead consultants through the entire invoice cycle
• Keeping an eye on the current accounts and adjusting these when necessary
• Process billing corrections properly with the cash processing team
• Defining the revenue every month while implying the company's policy
• Playing a big part in implementing new processes

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• An administrative degree or equivalent is required
• You are fluent in English and mastered the French language as well
• High understanding of 02C related processes is appreciated
• Previous experience with Microsoft office platforms, Excel experiences are important
• Organisation skills including having a methodical approach
• Enjoying working in a team while having a maintained individual work environment
