Billing and Compliance Expert (German Speaker)
Are you a German speaker and an enthusiastic individual with lots of drive and ideas to achieve great things? Do you have strong communication skills and an ability to perform under pressure? We are looking for you! Your responsibilities and impact working as a Billing & Compliance Specialist will be:
- Creating, checking & processing invoices into their accounting system
- Timely sending of invoices during the month
- Guiding the Front Office through the Billing & Revenue Recognition processes
- Performing internal audit
- Cleaning client’s master data
- Identifying and solving inconsistencies in the Revenue
- Managing monthly deadlines & providing good reporting to their internal teams
- Following the Group policy train/support the front office on the application of these policies and rules
- Managing credit note analysis on monthly basis
- Fluent in German and English (any other language is a plus)
- Degree in Administration or equivalent is preferred but not required
- Dynamic, organized with a methodical approach
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Strong ability to work under pressure and good communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team
