- paced work environment. He or she should be able to respond to guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of wine spirits, and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods. What you will do: Elaborate signature cocktails and taking initiative with being creative in designing the perfect cocktail to meet our guest expectations. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
