About the BRIDGE program
You will be a part of the PMIs team during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.

Who were looking for
We are looking for a B2C Backoffice Remote Sales Intern within the B2C Backoffice department in Madrid who meets the following criteria:
Recent university degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics or similar)
Fluent/native Spanish and English intermediate (at least B2 level)
Special interest in data analytics
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel at least at medium level - a quick test will be ran in the interview; PowerPoint)
Self-motivated with superb communication, organizational and prioritization skills
Familiarity with digital tools
A team player mindset and a go-getter attitude
Hungry to learn and determined to help our project
Strong customer focus mindset
Creative mindset: have experience in implementing creative ideas in a lean manner (sampling, trial testing, etc.) with solid measurements and KPIs
Ability to work with ambiguity: you are change agile, can decide and act without having the full picture, comfortably handle risk and uncertainty
Effective communication skills
Responsibilities
The B2C Backoffice team at Philip Morris Spain provides continuous support and improvements to our remote sales force team, involved in remote sales through digital platforms. These tasks include:
Operational activities (daily creation and/or maintenance of Excel files, data analysis, etc.)
Technical activities (system configurations in production and testing environment, etc.)
Administrative activities (including purchase orders, stock management, etc.)
The intern will work together with other members of the team and his/her main accountabilities will also be:
Grant continuous communication, coordination and support to the remote sales force (including Supervisor and Teamleaders)
Keep up to date B2C Backoffice tools and files to assure the proper implementation of programs and initiatives
Prepare and update reports
Propose improvements to infrastructure and our commercial model
Lead and foster a collaborative environment with colleagues of other departments (Retail Activation, B2B, CDI, Commercial IT, Commercial Intelligence, Retail Engagement, NPS teams)
