MISIÓN

Es la persona encargada de realizar con autonomía y responsabilidad el servicio de room service del Hotel.

Mantendrá una buena relación con clientes y asociados.

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES
Realizar labores de camarero/a siguiendo la cultura de servicio St Regis así como los estándares definidos por la Marca.
Conservar adecuadamente su zona y utensilios de trabajo.
Preparar el montaje del servicio, mesa, carro o cualquier otro mobiliario/enseres de uso común en el desarrollo del servicio.
Realizar otras tareas derivadas del perfil de la ocupación.
CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS DEL PUESTO, CAPACIDADES Y HABILIDADES
Trabajar de forma responsable conociendo todos los recursos disponibles en la compañía.
Recibir y reconocer al cliente con una sonrisa, contacto visual y haciendo uso del nombre del cliente siempre que sea posible.
Asegurar la confidencialidad de los datos personales de los clientes.
Conocer y llevar a cabo una adecuada política de seguridad y salud laboral.
Demostrar un conocimiento de la importancia del lenguaje no verbal en la comunicación e interacción con el clientes y con los compañeros.
Español e inglés y/o alemán (Es imprescindible el conocimiento del inglés y/o alemán a nivel hostelería para aplicar al puesto)
EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA

Estudios en Restauración y Gastronomía (FP o similar), módulo específico de Servicio de Hostelería en Hoteles y Restaurantes.

Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia como ayudante de camarero/a de Hotel 4 o 5* o Restaurante gourmet.

Se valorará conocimientos del sistema operativo MICROS
