Architectural Visualiser

We are seeking for a highly motivated Architectural Visualiser – CGI Artist to join our Design team within the real estate development business and work on interesting projects in the UK and worldwide.

In this role you will be required to produce CAD information such as 3D-models and Visualisations that display the design intent. You will be working mostly on Concept Stage designs, so it is important to be very efficient both in 3D modelling and rendering. As part of the team you will be working closely with the Design Director, developing sketches into architectural concepts and collaborate with a team of interior designers.

Responsibilities:
In charge of creating high end renders, 3D models and asset libraries.
Work closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualise architecture projects
Create bespoke materials and textures in 3D Max or elsewhere, based on the selection provided by the Interior designers.
Model or source 3D FF&E based on Interior Designers selections
Model bespoke furniture from given sketches or image references
Provide solar / shadow studies
Create landscape models based on Design guideline and visual references
Provide fast renders for internal review
Create fly-through / walk-through animation for internal review
Producing animated diagrams to explain concept development
Requirements
Experience working on high-end residential / hospitality projects
Fluency in 3D software (Rhino, 3D Max, Sketch-Up)
Fluency in rendering software (Vray, Corona, Lumnion, Unreal Engine, Enspace, Twinmotion, etc.)
Animation and Video Editing / post production skills such as After Effects / Premier pro or similar
Portfolio sample of work
Creative and technical skills
Willingness to complete complex tasks
Strong communication skills
An eye for detail and good visualisation skills
Ability to take feedback and make changes as required
Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
Fluency in English both written and spoken
Qualifications:
Technical diploma in 3D modelling or a degree in arts and design
2+ years of experience in 3D design and modelling, working within 3D and CGI
Nice to have:
2D Drafting / Architecture skills
Graphic Design
Ability to work remotely
Variety of rendering styles
High level of aesthetic
Producing promo clips with animated graphics
Worked in rendering firms (Mir / Squint Opera etc)
