A/P Manager

Working in the structure of the Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC), and following our accounting standardized practices, the A/P Manager will lead a team that will ensure that all the expense from vendor invoices is correctly allocated and invoices are dully paid according to the payment terms agreed..

What your responsibilities will be
Ensure that the team processes all the vendor invoices on time and according to Grifols policies
Ensure that payments are dully executed in the agreed terms
Ensure the correct allocation of expense in the right period and accounting structure (account, cost center…)
Establish controls to avoid duplicities, mistakes…
Monitor the month closing activities and the internal controls of the area
Participate in the elaboration of reports for the year closing and the financial audit of all companies under FSSC
Work with other departments to obtain enhancements, improve efficiencies…
Keep the team trained, updated and motivated

Economics degree
Languages
English: C2 is mandatory
Key user in ERP, preferred SAP and SAP Ariba
Experience of 5 years managing teams in the A/P area in a multinational environment
Used to lead by example
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
