Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in an investigative, problem solving based role, using SQL or other database query language.
Experience in driving analysis projects from inception to completion.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of Google Sheets and Slides.
Ability to understand the implications of data analysis.
Excellent quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to communicate with technical teams.

The EMEA Performance GTM team supports our Large Customer Sales Ads business to drive Search, Apps, retail, Measurement & Mobile Web. In this role, you'll provide business critical insights using analytics to the wider GTM and Sales teams across Search, Apps, Retail, Measurement and Mobile Web. You'll ensure the cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams to drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
Gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analyses and develop recommendations.
Define, structure and execute analysis to extract and summarize large amounts of data (primarily around portfolios, people, revenue, activity and product adoption).
Develop metrics and dashboards that enable Sales Executives and wider GTM teams to manage our business in EMEA.
Work with in-country and other regional teams to generate insights that will accelerate and inform critical strategic, organizational and operational initiatives/decisions.
Drive implementation of critical operational processes for the region, including target setting, tracking and reporting, OKRs and measurement, and capacity planning.
