As a LLM Model Developer, you will be responsible for fine-tuning Large Language Models with an emphasis on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to enhance model relevance and performance in specific contexts. You are expected to build knowledge and support the team, as well as participate in problem-solving discussions. Intermediate proficiency in Python (Programming Language) is required. Advanced proficiency in AI Prompting is recommended. Additionally, intermediate proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Large Language Model (LLM) Fine-Tuning, along with beginner proficiency in Machine Learning Algorithms and AI Agents, is suggested. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement model improvements. Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and iterate based on findings. Document processes and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to apply innovative techniques.
