Agency Merchandise Manager (Barcelona based)

As part of our Marketing Department we are looking for a proactive, creative, responsible Merchandise Manager preferably located in Barcelona, where you will be able to work closely with our Team creating the most unique and impactful Merchandise Projects to service multiple internal brands.

Responsibilities:
Identify each brands requirements and Merchandise expectations.
Planning and creation of Merchandise that fulfils each brands goals.
Collaborating with the marketing department to brainstorm campaigns and ideas to achieve the best results with Merch.
Negotiate the best rate with vendors, obtain budgets and get production quotes.
Manage swag production from creation to shipping.
Coordinate and upkeep stock.
Required skills:
A minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial position.
A background in marketing, communications, and/or design is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be creative and detail-oriented.
Languages Spoken: English.
Nice to have:
Graphic Design Skills.
Fashion Design Skills.
Visual Merchandising Skills.
Extra Languages: Spanish/Chinese.
Time zone: EU (GMT+2), 8 hours per day. Possibility to work Hybrid. Or Remote.
