Responsibilities

The Administrator of Vault Clinical is responsible for supporting the Manager of Vault Clinical with the following activities:
Ensure the system is fit for intended use as per user requirements, regulations and standard operating procedures.
Work with study team to support the use of Vault Clinical to meet internal and client requirements and metrics.
Work with the Vault Clinical vendor, internal and client teams to build required metrics and reports to ensure ongoing accurate study management.
Work with Vault Clinical vendor to review and resolve ongoing issues.
Adherence to ICH/GCP Guidelines pertaining to CTMS.
Responsible for the training of Functional Vault Clinical Subject Matter Experts in the use of Vault Clinical as applicable at TFS.
Management and resolution of Level 2 Vault Clinical related helpdesk tickets.
Qualifications
Experienced in working with Veeva Vault Clinical.
Knowledge of clinical trials and CTMS requirements.
Good communication skills
At least 3 years CTA/PMA experience
Good command of English, written and verbal
