Funciones: Functions and Responsibilities:
Vendor master data management:
- Ensure vendors are created, updated and deleted appropriately and in compliance with standards.
- Cleaning, upgrading, updating and due diligence of the vendor master database with our screening compliance tools as regard of the process.
Process Compliance:
- Ensuring vendor data is completed in alignment with contracts signed by the Business Development Procurement through Iris.
- Ensure all requests contain the appropriate supporting documentation and comply with corporate requirements before they are implemented in SAP
- Ensure data quality and compliance with company policies.
Issue Resolution:
- Fast and effective response to any issue.
- Escalate potential issues.
Training and support:
- Create training and process documentation for Master Data users. Requisitos: Experience: Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in Supplier Master Data Management.
Education: Professional education in Finance or Business.
Languages: English required, Spanish preferred but not mandatory. Additional languages are considered an asset.
