Mission Statement

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager/ Senior Sales Representative to grow sales in Aragon area using Buckmans unique technologies and customer relationship management programs. You will be able to work independently whilst will having support from your colleagues located across the EMENA region.

Expectations for the role
Developing new sales projects in Spain
Managing existing accounts by focusing on positive operating profit
Running trials and making sure trials evaluation plans are done
Identifying and achieving sales targets and forecasts
Providing customers with required service and support to develop our position while delivering the budgeted profitability
Taking proactive approach in demonstrating and selling technical competence and identifying continuous improvement projects and showing clear ROI
Coach, train and mentor other field representatives & technical representatives when required
Ensuring timely payment of invoices
Manage inventories to a practical minimum.
Potential to lead a small team in the future as the sales grow
Minimum requirement to apply
Successful selling experience in Paper Technologies chemical sales (7 Years as minimum)
Specific training in Paper Chemistries or Chemical Engineering is necessary (Bachelors degree is a must)
Language: Spanish and English
Drivers license
Location or ability to relocate to Aragon
Market knowledge Packaging, Tissue

Financial Knowledge
Fluent Spanish (Local language) verbal and Written skills
English verbal and Written skills
Must have computer skills
The candidate must be dynamic, confident, highly motivated, responsible and have adequate communication skills
A self-starter with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
Hold a level of creativity and ingenuity to provide solutions to customer problems
Hold the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
